And more quality control...
And again...quality control. This turkey was cooked in a "oil-less" fryer. The turkey was great, and by not using the oven, we had room to cook all of the other stuff. Thanks Dad and Barb for the Cooker!!!
The moment of truth. Time to taste the fruits of our labor! All of the food was very delicious (for the next 4 days.)
Leigh had to work on Friday night, so we headed up to Denver to check out the lights.

This building was very interesting. It did not come out in the picture very well but those are all crosses on the side of the building.

Union Station covered in lights.

This is the Court House. Unfortunately the picture did not come out very clear because by this time the snow was coming down pretty good!
