weekend hike

I've been meaning to post a few photos from our hike this past Saturday but apparently I've been a little busy. It was another beautiful day in Colorado so we decided to head up to Mt. Evans Scenic Byway to do the hike we saw when we were up there taking our Christmas card photo.

Summit was very excited and a very good listener!

She loved running in the snow and chasing snowballs.

there were a few very icy patches that Mike and I found a way around, Summit just went straight across.

the end of the out-and-back ended at a frozen lake.
