We spent our day wandering around Venice and getting lost (as we were wisely instructed to do). We stopped for gelato three times, sampling fragola, limone, pistachio, stracciatella, and pesca - all were delizioso! St. Marks and the Rialto Bridge were ok but I enjoyed finding all the back, out of the way canals the best. Tomorrow we take our first train ride to cinque terra via Milan.
