We are just one week away from heading down to Southern Colorado to meet our little girl. Today we got pictures of the two little girls - one of which will be ours! Out of a litter of eight, they had six boys and only two girls. There is purple female and rose female (the colors of their collars). We don't know which is ours yet but we are SO excited! Rose's eyes look a little sad to me but I think she was just sleepy. I can't wait to post photos next weekend of us with them!
Since we are already driving South about four hours next weekend, we decided to make a weekend trip of it and we're going to do a Southwest/Western Colorado loop, staying the night in Telluride. Although we feel like we explore out here all the time, it will be fun to get an idea of the rest of the state. More pictures to come next week...
